Privacy & Refund Policy and other
Terms & Conditions

Photographer. The Photographer shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the event. Guests, Family, and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties.

Deposit and Payment. The Client shall make a deposit to retain the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. At such time as this order is completed, the deposit shall be applied to reduce the total cost and the Client shall pay the balance due. The balance shall be paid as discussed during the agreement. 

Terms for Deposit & Payment: Terms for different events are mentioned below:

  1. For Complete Wedding Assignment: 50% Advance + 35% After wedding (within 1 week after Wedding date) + 15% Before Data Delivery.

  2. For Engagement: 50% Advance + 50% After the event (within 1 week)

  3. For Other session: 100% Advance

Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients are entitled to cancel! If the Client shall cancel this Agreement Ninty (90) or more calendar days before the event date, any deposit paid to the Photographer shall be refunded in full (10% service charges will be deducted). If the Client shall cancel between (90-40) days of the event date, 50% cancellation fees will be applied and the remaining amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days through NEFT/RTGS. A 90% (of deposit) cancellation fee shall be applied if the Client cancels within 40 days of the event date. The client must have to inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Quotations: Quotations are valid for 15 Days only! Only Corporate Quotations are valid for 30 Days!


Data Delivery: We* (We represent OriginalFrame Photography) are committed to providing quality work to each customer, and for that, we need time after the shoot to sort and edit. Below are the data delivery terms and conditions. 

1. Online Data Delivery: We are sharing the data via Google Drive or WeTransfer, whichever the comfortable for the team. The client is responsible to download the data as soon as they get the download link or within 7 days. We are sharing the direct link to the client, not to the other person. After 7 days data may be removed from the drive without prior notice. (For resharing data will be charged 100 INR per 1 GB)

2. Offline Data Delivery: We will share the final edited and processed data in a premium Pendrive which has a standard warranty period (HP, SanDisk). We ship data disks through reputed courier partners and share tracking information with clients, once the data disk is shipped from our premises. We are not responsible for any shipment loss or unsuccessful delivery.

3. Photo Delivery Timeframe: We always try to deliver your memories quickly as possible and 95% of us share the data within 48 hrs after the shoot. But in some cases or some events, we need time and for that, our minimum turnaround time will be 45 days to 90 days to process the raw data and prepare for client usage or further selection. 

4. Video Delivery & Timeframe: We will process all video raw files and edit them with suitable songs & music tracks. We request our client to share his/her choice music or music track in advance so we can use them in the edit. The entire editing process will take a minimum of 45 days to 180 days. 

5. Album Delivery: The album will be delivered only after the full payment is clear. Incase of photo selection delayed by customer end, Full payment will be clear before the final data delivery, OriginalFrame is not responsible for album delay in that case.

Wait Charges: When photographers have to wait to start a session after a call time (Booking time / Session start time) to 30 minutes, OriginalFrame will charge 500 INR for every additional 30 minutes per resource.

Failure to Perform. If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, the entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, website, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s gallery.

Client’s Usage. The Client is obtaining prints or soft copy for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints. If The client is obtaining a print for newspaper announcement of the wedding, editorial use or website, Photographer authorizes Client to reproduce the print in this manner. In such an event, the Client shall run a credit for the Photographer adjacent to the photograph.

Inherent Qualities. The client is aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes as well as Pendrive, DVD or CD media which may deteriorate due to delamination and oxidation, and Client releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon the deterioration due to such inherent qualities. For Pendrive, We are not responsible for any technical damage. The client can contact the official service centre. 

Standard Price List. The charges in this Agreement are based on the Photographer’s Price List. This the price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

Data Backup: We generally keep the data for future purpose, event participation or publication on our Websites or other social media. If the client lost his/her data and requests us within the 3 months after the event, we provide all available data without any extra charges i.e. free. After the three months and between the 6 months client, have to pay 10% of the entire amount of the actual shoot to get the backup. After the 6 months to 12 months, the client has to pay 20% and after 1 year of the event, the client has to pay 25 % of the actual shoot changes. 

Privacy Policy: This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

    - “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit
    - “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
    - “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, dabit card, UPI ID, Internet banking), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”


When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we share information to our members who are appearing to fulfil your order and services.  We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here:  You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here:

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or another lawful request for information we receive, or otherwise protect our rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The customers have read the Agreement, agree to all its terms.

Online Payment and Refund Terms and Contact Details

Online Booking:
The client can book an online service online and just have to pay the deposit amount through the website, all the transactions will be handled by Razorpay and the client must have to call once the payment success or failure. to confirm the booking please contact via WhatsApp. 

Refund: As per point number 3 (above) we are committed to processing the refund of the amount online if the event is booked online and payment is made through Razorpay, we will immediately process the refund.
